Specifications:

The company is seeking to lease two sets of Toyota vehicles for use on site in onshore drilling rigs. The first consists of 4 Toyota saloon cars (with drivers), the second of 4 Toyota 'desert cars' (without drivers). Cars must be delivered to the rig locations. Qualified companies are invited to make bids to the company's offices in Tripoli before 8 August. Bids will be opened the following day. More details here.
